PAID FOREIGN PERSONNEL PERMIT FROM THE FOREIGN WHO DO NOT HAVE DIPLOMATIC STATUS
“Foreigners as hired personnel or with Embassy internships, Legations, Consulates, Delegations, Government representations Foreigners, International Organizations on official mission accredited in the country, not protected by diplomatic status under the laws national or International Conventions that govern the matter. This Permit will be for annual periods up to a total of six (6) years.”
1. Power of Attorney and Request (notarized). The power of attorney must include the name and nationality of the parents.
2. Three (3) photographs.
3. Duly verified copy of the passport (Notary or authority corresponding).
4. Criminal Record Certificate.
5. Health Certificate.
6. Certified Check for B/.250.00 in favor of the National Treasury.
7. Check certified by B/.800.00 in favor of the National Service of Migration.
8. Affidavit of Personal History Form.
9. Certification from the Embassy, Consulate or Foreign Delegation, where proves that the applicant provides services in said mission and the position that occupies
10. Accreditation issued by the Department of Privileges and Immunities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, of the applicant.
EXTENSION OF PERMIT FOR PAID FOREIGN STAFF FROM ABROAD THAT DO NOT HAVE DIPLOMATIC STATUS
In case of Extension, the previous requirements will be presented with the exception of the Criminal Record Certificate and the checks
