On 19 September 2026 an explosion occurred in a building in Bijao. According to information released the same day, the shockwave from the incident reached the residence of musician Omar Alfanno, located in the area close to the explosion site.
Initial reports indicate material damage to nearby properties and accounts from neighbors who felt the impact and reported broken glass. As of the publication of this note, no official institution has independently confirmed all the details attributed in the circulated reports; the competent authorities are leading the investigations and conducting the corresponding assessments.
