REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST PERMIT FOR HIRED PERSONNEL IN POSITIONS OF TRUST, EXPERT EXECUTIVES AND/OR TECHNICIANS IN CALL CENTER COMPANIES FOR COMMERCIAL USE FOR EXPORT (CALL CENTER)
Article 140: This permit may be requested by the foreigner who presents services in Call Centers for Commercial Use for Export (Call Center), will be governed in accordance with the provisions of Executive Decree 97 of 2002.
1. Power of Attorney (notarized) and Request. The power of attorney must contain the name and nationality of the applicant's parents.
2. Three (3) photographs.
3. Duly verified copy of the passport (Notarized or Authenticated corresponding).
4. Criminal Record Certificate.
5. Health Certificate.
6. Certified Check for B/.250.00 in favor of the National Treasury.
7. Certified Check for B/.800.00 in favor of the National Immigration Service.
8. Affidavit of Personal History Form.
9. Certification issued by the Management of the Processing Zone that certifies that the company is duly registered.
10. Letter of responsibility from the company that certifies the position and services that provides within it.
11. Work Permit and copy of the card.
REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST EXTENSION OF STAFF PERMIT HIRED IN POSITIONS OF TRUST, EXPERT EXECUTIVES AND/OR TECHNICIANS IN USE CALL CENTER COMPANIES COMMERCIAL FOR EXPORT (CALL CENTER)
To request an extension, you must present the requirements mentioned in the article above with the exception of the Criminal Record Certificate and checks. Additionally, the applicant must present:
1. Certificate from the Social Security Fund that certifies the payment of nine (9) consecutive installments.
