REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST TEMPORARY PERMIT IN QUALITY RESEARCHER AT THE CITY OF KNOWLEDGE FOUNDATION
Article 108: You may request this permit from the City of Knowledge Foundation, the foreigner who enters the national territory as a researcher, professor, businessman, technician or student. To apply to these subcategories, applicants do not require submitting the requirements established in sections 2 and 4 of the article 28 of the Decree Law.
1. Power of Attorney (notarized) and Request. The power of attorney must contain the name and nationality of the applicant's parents.
2. Three (3) photographs.
3. Duly verified copy of the passport (Notarized or Authenticated corresponding).
4. Health Certificate.
5. Affidavit of Personal History Form.
6. Certification of the City of Knowledge Foundation through its Director Executive, in which the existence of the company is stated, the work that the foreigner makes and the term of his stay in our country.
7. Letter of responsibility of the company stating the activity of the researcher and the salary to be earned.
REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST EXTENSION OF THE TEMPORARY PERMIT IN QUALITY OF RESEARCHER OF THE CITY OF KNOWLEDGE FOUNDATION
To request an extension, you must present the requirements mentioned in the article previous.
