REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR PERMANENT RESIDENT PERMIT FOR SPECIAL CALL CENTER INVESTOR POLICIES FOR COMMERCIAL USE (CALL CENTER) FOR EXPORT (PPT-ICALL)
Article 214: “A foreigner who invests in a company may apply for this permit. whose activity is to provide call center services for commercial use (call center) for export. As established by Executive Decree 97 of 20 02, will be similar and must comply with the same requirements of the Permits Permanent Residents of Export Processing Zones.
1. Power of Attorney (notarized) and Request. The power of attorney must contain the name and nationality of the applicant's parents.
2. Three (3) photographs.
3. Duly verified copy of the passport (Notarized or Authenticated corresponding).
4. Criminal Record Certificate.
5. Health Certificate.
6. Certified Check for B/.250.00 in favor of the National Treasury.
7. Certified Check for B/.800.00 in favor of the National Immigration Service.
8. Affidavit of Personal History Form.
9. Investment certification, issued by the National Directorate of Export Promotion of the Ministry of Commerce and Industries.
10. Certification issued by the Public Services Authority accrediting that the company is licensed and is currently presenting the service of Call Center.
11. Bank letter specifying the origin of the funds.
REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR PERMANENT RESIDENT PERMIT BY SPECIAL INVESTOR POLICIES IN PROCESSING AREAS FOR EXPORT (PRP-IZOP)
To request Definitive Permanence, the above requirements will be submitted with exception of the Certificate of Criminal Record and Checks, additionally must be submitted:
1. Peace and safe National Income in favor of the company. LEGAL BASIS: Political Constitution of the Republic of Panama, Decree Executive 97 of 2002, Decree Law 3 of 22 of February 2008, Executive Decree No. 320 of 08 of August 2008, Articles 214, 215, 216, modified by Executive Decree No. 26 of 02 of March of 2009, Law 38 of 2000.
