REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR VISA FOR CEMPORARY WORKERS AND TECHNICIANS (V-TET)
Article 39: (Modification by Executive Decree No. 547 of 14 of May 2013) “To request the visa for Transients or temporary workers, the company may hire a foreigner, who temporarily enters the territory, to carry out a non-skilled labor job or casual job, or field technician cultural, artistic, musical, sporting, professional, educational or scientific, specifically for a specific work or project, for a term of one (1) year, extendable annually for up to five (5) times, provided that the company and The foreigner meets the requirements and responsibilities required by the Service National Immigration and the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development.
1. Power of Attorney (notarized) and Request. The power of attorney must contain the name and nationality of the applicant's parents.
2. Three (3) photographs.
3. Duly verified copy of the passport (Notarized or Authenticated corresponding).
4. Criminal Record Certificate.
5. Health Certificate.
6. Affidavit of Personal History Form.
7. Copy of the identity document from the country of origin or permit residence.
8. Certified deposit check for the amount of B/.100.00 to favor of the SNM.
9. Certified check to the National Treasury for the sum of B/.100.00 to the Treasury National.
10. Work permit certification.
11. Copy of paid return electronic ticket.
12. Proof of reservation for the Hotel or place of accommodation.
13. Peace and safe National income of the requesting company.
14. Peace and safety from the Social Security Fund of the requesting company.
15. Company responsibility letter.
16. Income tax payment receipt, corresponding to the value of employment contract.
17. Visa form.
