1. Multiple visa application, submitted personally or through a legal representative.
2. Original and notarized copy (Art.243) of the current passport, proving that your stay In the national territory it is regular. to. Original and copy of the migration card (If applicable).
b. Proof of economic solvency.
3. Prove the status of merchant or businessman or the reasons why it requires of this authorization. If the foreigner is invited by a company, he or she must provide:
a. Letter of Invitation from the company, signed by the manager or legal representative, with copy of your identity document.
b. Copy of the company's Public Registry certificate.
c. Company bank letter. Air reservation purchased with trip continuity itinerary or electronic ticket. Art.17 Copy of the identity document or residence card of the country where you domicile. Art.17 Confirmed hotel reservation. Art.17
BY INVITATION
Responsibility letter. Art.17 Identity card or residence card of the responsible person. Art.17 Receipt of payment for the presentation of public services or lease agreement, where record the location of the person responsible. Art.17
1. Financial solvency of the person responsible: ✓ Bank certification. ✓ Peaceful income tax return (DGI). ✓ Work letter with CSS file in the case of a natural person.
