TEMPORARY PERMIT AS A TECHNICIAN FROM THE CITY FOUNDATION OF KNOWLEDGE (PRT-4FCS)
“Foreigner who enters the national territory as a researcher, professor, businessman, technician or student. This Permit will be for periods established by its laws. specials up to a total of six (6) years. Unless the special law establishes another term will be extendable annually.”
Requirements
1. Power of Attorney and Request (notarized and with their respective tax stamps).
2. Three (3) photographs.
3. Duly verified copy of the passport (Notary or corresponding Authorization).
4. Health Certificate.
5. Affidavit of Personal History Form.
6. Certification of the City of Knowledge Foundation through its Executive Director, in which the existence of the company is stated, the work carried out by the foreigner and the term of his stay in the country.
7. Letter of responsibility from the company stating the activity and salary accrue
