TEMPORARY RESIDENT PERMIT FOR FAMILY REUNION (PRT-FAM)
“Foreign spouses, children under 18 years of age and parents of the temporary resident. older children from 18 years to 25 years if they prove that they are studying and it depends financially from their parents. This Permit will be for annual periods up to a total of six (6) years”
Requirements:
1. Power of Attorney and Request (notarized).
2. Three (3) photographs.
3. Duly verified copy of the passport (Notary or corresponding Authorization).
4. Criminal Record Certificate.
5. Health Certificate.
6. Certified Check for B/.250.00 in favor of the National Treasury.
7. Certified Check for B/.800.00 in favor of the National Immigration Service.
8. Affidavit of Personal History Form.
9. Letter of responsibility from the Temporary Resident.
10. Proof of Relationship: Certificate of birth, marriage or proof of guardianship or custody and upbringing, as the case may be.
11. In the case of an applicant of legal age and under 25 years of age, they must provide: 11.1. Certification of studies from an Educational Center that accredits your full-time and regular student status. 11.2. Certification of singleness. In the case of countries that do not issue said certificate, sworn notarial declaration of single status.
12. Proof that the resident has sufficient financial solvency, which It will be tested in one of the following ways: 12.1. Copy of the Income Tax Return, with peace and security; and it must meet a minimum income of B/.850.00 per month. 12.2. Updated job letter with its respective checkbook or CSS file and copy of the work permit. 12.3. letter of bank reference no less than four medium figures.
