REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR FOREIGN PERSONNEL PERMIT HIRED BY COMPANIES UNDER CONTRACT WITH THE GOVERNMENT

Article 71: The foreigner who enters under this permit does so to provide a specific service within a company that has entered into a contract with the State. The worker may extend their residence permits annually for the duration of the contract for up to six (6) years.

Article 72: The hiring of these foreigners must comply with the percentages of contracting established in this regulation either within the 10% of the ordinary personnel or within the 15% of specialized personnel, as the case may be.

1. Power of Attorney (notarized) and Request. The power of attorney must contain the name and nationality of the applicant's parents.

2. Three (3) photographs.

3. Duly verified copy of the passport (Notarized or Authenticated corresponding).

4. Criminal Record Certificate.

5. Health Certificate.

6. Certified check for B/.250.00 in favor of the National Treasury.

7. Check certified by B/.800.00 in favor of the National Service of Migration.

8. Affidavit of Personal History Form.

9. Letter issued by the state entity responsible for contracting and its execution.

10. Work letter from the responsible state entity, specifying the position he occupies and the salary to be earned.

11. Copy of the company's operation notice.

12. Work permit with the respective copy of your ID.

13. Proof of affiliation to the Social Security Fund and copy of the card.

14. Copy of the certificate of the company registered in the Public Registry.

REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST EXTENSION OF STAFF PERMIT FOREIGN HIRED BY COMPANIES UNDER CONTRACT WITH THE GOVERNMENT

In case of extension, the previous requirements will be presented with the exception of the Criminal Record Certificate and checks. Additionally, you must provide the following:

1. Certification from the Social Security Fund (9 consecutive installments), without prejudice that it has changed companies contracted by the government.
