TEMPORARY PERMIT FOR AGRICULTURAL INVESTMENT REASONS (PRT-AI)
“Foreigner who, in a personal capacity, has invested the minimum sum of B/.60,000.00 in the agricultural or aquaculture industry. These activities will be determined in items that the Ministry of Agricultural Development considers to be of national interest. The Permit will be for bi-annual periods up to a total of six (6) years. To include dependent must add the investment of B/.500.00 for each dependent, which can be justified by local bank reference”
Requirements:
1. Power of Attorney and Request (notarized and with their respective tax stamps).
2. Three (3) photographs.
3. Duly verified copy of the passport (Notary or corresponding Authorization).
4. Criminal Record Certificate or sworn statement before a Notary.
5. Health Certificate.
6. Certified Check for B/.250.00 in favor of the National Treasury.
7. Certified Check for B/.800.00 in favor of the National Immigration Service.
8. Affidavit of Personal History Form.
9. Certification of the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in which the total amount invested and that the capital belongs to the investor (The Accountant must provide a copy of your ID and suitability).
10. Copy of the Certification of the Single Agricultural Registry with details of the number registration, form, activity carried out on the farm and its location.
11. Certificate of Public Registry of the Property or Lease contract.
12. Proof of the Investment made directly in agricultural activities or aquaculture, for a minimum of B/.60,000.00 which may be demonstrated with documents such as: 12.1. Bank Certification of funds or payment (mandatory). 12.2. States Audited Financials. 12.3. Commercial invoices for purchases and sales. 12.4. Documents or proof of import or purchase of inputs or teams.
