REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST TEMPORARY PERMIT FOR REASONS OF EDUCATION AS STUDENTS OR SCHOLARSHIP CADETS BY PUBLIC SECURITY INSTITUTIONS
Article 2: Only those foreigners who are duly accredited as scholarship holders from security institutions.
To apply for this temporary permit, the foreigner must meet the requirements established in article 28 of Decree Law No. 3 of 22 of February 2008, with exception of repatriation expenses, and provide the following:
1. Power of Attorney and Request (notarized).
2. Three (3) photographs.
3. Duly verified copy of the passport (Notary or authority. corresponding).
4. Criminal Record Certificate (if of legal age).
5. Health Certificate.
6. Affidavit of Personal History Form.
7. Check certified by B/.250.00 in favor of the National Treasury.
8. Certification that accredits the status of scholarship beneficiary assigned to a public institution.
9. Letter of responsibility issued by the security institution.
The validity of the permit will be for the duration of the study leave in the public security institution where they will remain. If you finish before studies for some reason, must be communicated by note to the National Service of Immigration, for the cancellation of the granted permit.
