TEMPORARY PERMIT AS A STUDENT OF THE FOUNDATION CITY OF KNOWLEDGE (PRT-5FCS)
“Foreigner who enters the national territory as a researcher, professor, businessman, technician or student. This Permit will be for periods established by its laws. specials up to a total of six (6) years. Unless the special law establishes another term will be extendable annually.”
Requirements
1. Power of Attorney and Request (notarized and with their respective tax stamps).
2. Three (3) photographs.
3. Duly verified copy of the passport (Notary or corresponding Authorization).
4. Health Certificate.
5. Affidavit of Personal History Form.
6. Certification of the City of Knowledge Foundation through its Executive Director, in which the existence of the educational center is stated.
7. Certification from the educational center that accredits the general qualifications of the applicant, duration of the degree, shift attended and the subjects or subjects taken enrolled.

EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY PERMIT AS A STUDENT OF THE CITY OF KNOWLEDGE FOUNDATION (PPRT-5FCS)
In case of Extension, the above requirements will be presented along with:
Study credits that demonstrate that you are a regular student and that you have passed their course from the previous year.
