REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST TEMPORARY PERMIT AS A ENTREPRENEUR OR EXECUTIVE OF THE CITY OF KNOWLEDGE FOUNDATION
Article 108: You may request this permit from the City of Knowledge Foundation, the foreigner who enters the national territory as a researcher, professor, businessman, technician or student. To apply to these subcategories, applicants do not require submitting the requirements established in sections 2 and 4 of the article 28 of the Decree Law.
1. Power of Attorney (notarized) and Request. The power of attorney must contain the name and nationality of the applicant's parents.
2. Three (3) photographs.
3. Duly verified copy of the passport (Notarized or Authenticated corresponding).
4. Health Certificate.
5. Personal Background Affidavit Form.
6. Certification of the City of Knowledge Foundation through its Director Executive, which states the authorization of the company to operate in the City of Knowledge.
7. Letter of Responsibility from the parent company in which they certify the activity that the executive will carry out in the company in the City of Knowledge, which is not going to exercise any other activity within the national territory and the term of their stay.
