REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR A TEMPORARY RESIDENT PERMIT IN EMPLOYEE QUALITY OF AVIATION COMPANIES BASED IN THE
REPUBLIC OF PANAMA
(PRT-EA)
Article 2: To apply for the Temporary Resident Permit as an employee of Aviation Companies located in the Republic of Panama.
1.Power of Attorney (notarized) and Application. The power of attorney must contain the name and nationality of the applicant's parents. 2.Three (3) photographs.
3. Duly collated copy of the passport (Notarized or Authenticated corresponding). 4.Criminal Record Certificate. 5.Health Certificate.
6. Check certified by B/.250.00 in favor of the National Treasury.
7. Check certified by B/.800.00 in favor of the National Immigration Service. 8.Personal History Affidavit Form. 9.Employment Contract endorsed by the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development, earning a minimum salary of one thousand dollars (B/.1,000.00) per month. 10 copy of the license issued by the Civil Aeronautics Authority that demonstrates that the foreigner is suitable to practice the profession related to the airline industry. 11.Letter issued by the aviation company, certifying that the The foreigner will work only in the area where qualified labor is needed.
12. Copy of the presentation of the application for a work permit or permit approved work.
13. Proof of membership of the social security fund, as a contributor and copy of the card.
14. In case of dependents:
• Letter of responsibility.
• Proof of relationship.
• Proof of address.
• Older than 18 years present certificate of singleness and studies certificates.

This Temporary resident permit as an Employee of a Company of Aviation based in the Republic of Panama, once approved it will be valid of six (6) years, and the foreigner may apply for permanent residence.
To Request Definitive Permanence, the above requirements will be presented with exception of the Criminal Record Certificate and checks.
