TEMPORARY RESIDENT PERMIT AS AN EMPLOYEE OF COMPANY UNDER CONTRACT WITH THE ACP
Requirements:
1. Power of attorney and request through a lawyer.
2. Copy of passport duly verified by a Notary.
3. Health Certificate.
4. Checks B/.250.00 (two hundred and fifty balboas) payable to the Treasury National (immigration category).
5. Checks B/.800.00 (eight hundred balboas) payable to the National Service Migration (repatriation deposit).
6. Affidavit of Personal History.
7. Three (3) passport size photographs.
8. Certification issued by ACP proving the existence of the contract with the contracting company and that the foreigner will be providing his service to said company.
9. Letter of responsibility from the applicant's employing company stating the position he occupies, the salary to be earned and that he will work exclusively to execute the contract awarded, to said company employer by the ACP.
10. Work Permit.
11. DEPENDENTS: 11.1. Proof of relationship. 11.2. Study certification (older than 18 years up to 25 years). 11.3. Letter of Responsibility.
