REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST TEMPORARY PERMIT AS A TEACHER AT THE CITY OF KNOWLEDGE FOUNDATION
Article 108: You may request this permit from the City of Knowledge Foundation, the foreigner who enters the national territory as a researcher, professor, businessman, technician or student. To apply to these subcategories, applicants do not require presenting the requirements established in numbers 2 and 4 of the article 28 of the Decree Law.
1. Power of Attorney (notarized) and Request. The power of attorney must contain the name and nationality of the applicant's parents.
2. Three (3) photographs.
3. Duly collated copy of the passport (Notarized or Authenticated corresponding).
4. Health Certificate.
5. Affidavit of Personal History Form.
6. Certification or documents that prove your suitability, issued in the country of origin, where you prove your status as a teacher.
7. Certification of the City of Knowledge Foundation through its Director Executive, in which the existence of the educational center is stated, the work carried out by the foreigner and the term of his stay in our country.
8. Letter of Responsibility from the educational center stating the activity of the teacher and the salary to be earned.
REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST EXTENSION OF THE TEMPORARY PERMIT IN TEACHER QUALITY OF THE CITY OF KNOWLEDGE FOUNDATION
To request an extension, you must present the requirements mentioned in the article previous.
